Small changes, big difference

This World Autism Acceptance Month, autistic young people have been sharing their advice on how small changes can make a big difference in helping them feel more accepted in their daily lives.

This is really important. Autistic young people are more marginalised and isolated than their peers. They are more likely to be excluded from school, struggle to feel understood and supported and have lower employment prospects than other disabled people.

Watch our video of young people explaining what it's like being autistic and how you can support them.
